Job Description
Content Specialist has the responsibility to maintain the highest possible level of quality on
TMG Community Application. As a passionate team member, you will be fully responsible for
constantly improving the content of the application, with nicer pictures, clearer descriptions,
and better organization.
• Plan, create, publish, and share new content (including original text, images, video, and
reels) daily that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness,
and encourages community members to engage with the application.
• Translate written news and information into online and bilingual content, optimized for
usability and accessibility, while maintaining a high bar for quality.
• Maintain and constantly improve the quality of the existing data of the city guide, and
verifies the correctness of the data, and store contact information.
• Interact with the marketing team/ customer service/ account management/ sales to
develop the application content.
Job Requirements
• Solid knowledge of all social media platforms and its algorithm (Facebook – Tiktok –
Instagram- YouTube – Twitter).
• 1-3 Years of experience in creating strong and engaging content and social media.
