As part of our team, you will:
- Further the Admin Assistant plans and arranges (complex) travel itineraries, schedules and processes expenses
- Checks and may approve cost center/function invoices. Gives support in producing presentation materials
- Arranges various external and internal events. Informs other team/department members about mutual matters
- Uses experience and looks for ways to develop and improve quality in processes, methods etc. where appropriate
- Seeks, updates and provides information through different channels, networking with other executive offices and coordinating high level meetings with customers and stakeholders
- Additionally interacts and coordinates with members of leadership team and BG management team
- Responsible for researching and compiling special reports, presentations, organization charts, etc
- Arranging business critical internal/external events
Your Skills And Experience
You have:
- Ability to handle information with discretion and confidentiality
- Fluent in English/Arabic language skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to create various forms of communication
- Excellent skills in planning and organizing and feeling comfortable dealing with complex calendars over multiple time zones
- Can prioritize workload in a complex and fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to details and quality
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, time management, and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with Office 365 tools, MS Teams, Concur, SRM, and Taleo
- This job typically requires a degree (AA, AS, BA, BS) in business or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, including prioritizing critical tasks and following-up on less critical tasks later
- Able to works independently, as well as a team player and is highly organized
- Maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion
It would be nice if you also had:
- 5+ years executive support experience
