Midea Egypt is gladly announcing the Graduate Internship Program for Year 2023 that will last for around 2~3 months (July to September).

We are targeting ambitious recent graduates to explore their potentiality for future opportunities with Midea Egypt in the following roles:

– Product Manager:

• Assist in market Benchmark.
• Participate in pricing process for new products.
• Monitor and track sales achievements in regards of QTY & AMT.
• Competition analysis for assigned product.
• Collect and analyze PSI data (Purchase + Sales + Inventory).
• Collect forecast from sales team.
• Assist in periodical reports.

– HR & Admin:

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Organize regular employee performance reviews.
• Participate in developing the employee engagement activities.
• Assist in administrative tasks.
• Schedule in-house and external meetings.
• Control supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing orders, receiving supplies.
