Job Description
- Managing consumer interactions by ensuring timely responses to all comments, messages, reviews and visitors posts.
- Create creative captions matching the season as well as the brand persona.
- Communicates with followers as well as responding to queries and monitors customers reviews.
- Monitoring social media platforms for breaking news stories and publishing relevant content on the company’s website.
- Assists in the printing of promotional materials, distribution on sites and maintenance of branding materials.
- Posting new content on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or other sites as needed.
- Posting interesting articles or blog posts that are relevant to the company’s products or services.
- Scheduling posts on social media sites to increase exposure to target audiences.
- Coordinating with marketing teams to develop strategies for engaging users with content on social media sites.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Responsible of generating consistent reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Provide all necessary social media requirements as well as responsible for promoting marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing , presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Fluency in English
