Job Description
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties.
- Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs.
- Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest deal.
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.
- Update job and market knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Must have experience at least ‘3 years’ as a Real Estate Agent.
- Highly presentable.
