مؤهلات العمل

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Commerce or any relevant discipline.
  • Postgraduate studies in Sales / Marketing are preferred.
  • An MBA in Business Management is a plus.
  • Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Results-driven and able to work with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
  • Passion to work in an entrepreneurial and high-growth environment.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Must be highly organized, business-minded, and an excellent communicator.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written French & English language is required.

تفاصيل كاملة عن الوظيفة

  1. Develops a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
  2. Develops methodologies to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
  3. Forecasts sales plan by analyzing clients’ needs or receiving clients’ purchasing plans.
  4. Evaluated potential new and existing Key Accounts and their needs and led the team in a proactive approach from Pre-Sales to After Sales support with a focus on solutions.
  5. Identifies new business opportunities including opportunities for new partnerships and products with large accounts and enterprises.
  6. Analyzes market trends and develops strategies based on partner needs and goals, and presents the opportunities for business, to potential partners.
  7. Closed new business deals and coordinated all the requirements including ensuring contracts are signed and closed.
  8. Facilitates Semi-Annual Key account reviews to ensure customers are satisfied with service levels.
  9. Increases revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the sector
  10. Ensures achievement of sales volume and product mix targets by
  11. Sets appropriate prices and margins for bulky sales opportunities.
  12. Develops relationships with key customers and other decision-makers through onsite and online meetings including training, demos, and strategy sessions
  13. Plans and implements customer surveys, analyzing and acting on the results in order to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  14. Monitors client financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to inform relevant internal partner teams. Responsible for identifying and managing risks relating to contract agreements and pricing across customers or channels.
  15. Maintains active communication with other departments including CS, Marketing, Operations, IT, and content to better the overall.
