Digital Analytics Lead

الخبرات والمهارات المطلوبة:

  •  خبرة في استخدام تقنيات تحليلات البيانات للمساهمة في جهود نمو الشركة، وزيادة الإيرادات، وغيرها من النتائج التجارية الرئيسية.
  •  معرفة قوية بـ Adobe Analytics مع فهم عميق لتحليلات البيانات الرقمية / أنظمة MarTech وكيف تتدفق البيانات بينها.
  •  خبرة بأدوات تطبيقات البيانات (Power BI / Tableau / Denodo / Excel وما إلى ذلك) وغيرها من لغات البرمجة (مثل R / SQL / Python).
  •  خبرة مهنية في استخدام التقنيات الإحصائية والمفاهيم التحليلية، وتحليل البيانات وتطوير خطط قابلة للتنفيذ .
  •  مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع والاستراتيجية مع خبرة في التقارير الإدارية.

Digital Analytics Lead

Role Purpose

To consult and focus on analysis strategy and turning complex data into actionable insights. To own and evolve Customer Journey analysis on Apps and websites using behavioural analytics tool (Adobe Analytics). To influence data product strategy by representing the use cases and requirements for digital data consumers .Key accountabilities and decision ownership

Lead and manage the Digital Analytics activities of Web and App performance analytics developing and updating our digital analytics

Facilitate, with input from key stakeholders, an end-to-end strategic architect blueprint, which will capture the complete set of platform capabilities specially in the data integration and architecture

Act as the subject matter expert of our digital data assets, playing a key role in enabling and driving adoption of self-service digital analytics

Design and implement analytics solutions to meet data collection and reporting needs based on client’s business needs. This includes detailed technical requirements for the implementation of tracking and coordinating cross-functionally to execute

Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modelling, visualization and communication deliverablesCore competencies, knowledge and experience

Must have

Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes

Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics with deep understanding of digital analytics/MarTech systems and how data flows between them

Familiarity with Data Applications tools (Power BI/ Tableau/ Denodo/ Excel etc..) and other programming languages (ex. R/ SQL /Python)

Professional experience using statistical techniques and analytical concepts, analysing data and developing actionable recommendations for business units

Solid project and strategy management skills with experience in management reporting

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

Good to have

Higher Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Sciences or similar field

Good Knowledge of strategic insights, business planning, process improvement and customer cointegration and satisfaction

Able to communicate effectively across organisational, technical and political boundaries, understanding the context
