Call center Manager

:Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, developing, executing and managing the overall call center, activities, strategies and business plans for our products to the customers, leads and coaching the call center representatives to achieve excellent the sales target.

· Bachelor’s degree in any field*
· 7 – 10 Years’ experience in a similar position*
· Strong experience in contact center management, including inbound & outbound operations*
· Analytical skills to evaluate call center KPIs & metrics such as first call resolution, average call handling time, and abandonment rate*

· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations*
· Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills*
· Decisiveness and attention to detail*
