International Customer Service Representative CSR.
Job Requirements:
– Egyptians only
– Ready to commit to a full-time job.
– Being above 18 years of age.
– Available age up to 32.
– Gap year students and dropouts are welcome to apply
– Fluency in English is a Must.
– Flexibility with rotational shifts.
Job Benefits:
– Salary EGP7300 (EGP6500 net + EGP800 KPI’s).

Working Conditions:
– 8 hours, 1 hour break (rotational).
– 5 working days and 2 days off (rotational).
Job Description:
– Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
– Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
– Analyze and report product malfunctions.
– Update our internal databases with information.
– Monitor customer complaints on social media.
– Share feature requests and effective workarounds.
– Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
– Follow up with customers until their technical issues are resolved.
– Gather customer feedback and share it with our teams.
– Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives.
