    • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
    • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
    • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
    • Providing technical support in head office and company’s branches.
    • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
    • Testing new technology.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, communication engineering, or any relevant field.
    • 1-3 years’ experience in IT Technical Support Function.
    • Good level in English: Writing and speaking.
    • Problem-solving, Decision Making, Communication & Presentation skills.
    • An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
