Job Description
- Responsible for all finishing activities.
- Prepare initial plans and project timeline to participate in setting projects’ time and work expectations.
- Plan for work force and follow up on tasks completion, and provide updates to finishing manager and projects’ management and various stakeholders in order to keep and communicate project progress.
- Intervene immediately by sourcing workers and accelerating work in case of schedule deviations to resolve delays and execute tasks in the set time schedule.
- Monitor the usage of tools and equipment to ensure proper sourcing of all requirements of projects’ execution.
- Follow up and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure they are productive within the set standards of projects’ quality and time schedule.
- Doing quality control checks for site works on periodic basis.
- Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture Engineering.
- +3 years of experience in Finishing activities.
- Proven work experience as a Site Engineer
- Capable of reading drawings and schematics.
- Document all the things so you don’t need to learn the same thing twice
- Good interpersonal skill & a team player.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Both Arabic & English
