About the job

Role purpose:

Ownership of the Candidate Experience management, end to end Resourcing process management. Responsible for Resourcing Operation administrative tasks

  • Connect & work with Recruiting managers and Business stakeholders for execution of hiring plan
  • Execute hiring plan across verticals
  • Responsible for end to end candidate experience management
  • Taking care of Interview coordination and candidate feedback management through ATS
  • Create and manage candidate interview tracker and report to ensure for audit governance
  • Ensure required documents, approvals etc. are maintained properly for monthly audit purpose
  • Taking care of BGV process & pre-onboarding activities
  • Managing communication with the candidates and hiring Manager on the day of Onboarding
  • Manager post offer candidate engagement activities
  • Ensure right communication shared with all stakeholders in timely manner

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition function
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to detail (zoom in) and high-level understanding of effective Resourcing process
  • Solid communication, interpretation skills and Data reporting skills

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • University degree
  • German language proficiency (C1/C2)
  • Fluent in English
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in managing recruiting process in a corporate environment
