Job Description

  • Reply to customer inquiries through all channels, spoken and written, through all the ways of communication including social media channels.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about Lazaro Scent products and services to customers, such as their ingredients, fragrance notes, and benefits.
  • Helping customers choose the right Lazaro Scent product for their needs.
  • Processing orders and providing shipping updates in cooperation with operation team
  • Upsell and cross-sell Lazaro Scent products to customers.
  • Follow up on customer needs and inquiries.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback.
  • Work with other departments to improve customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on Lazaro Scent products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of Lazaro Scent products and services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Sales experience is a plus
