Remote Outbound Call Coordinator AT QCLIFE

Location: Fully Remote (Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco & more) Salary: $1,500 – $2,000/month Type: Part-Time | 10 Open Positions Industry: Telecommunications | Canadian Company

Remote jobs that actually pay well are hard to come by. Most of them either pay peanuts or come with a list of requirements that reads like a PhD application. This one is different — and worth a closer look.

QCLIFE, a fast-growing Canadian company, is hiring Remote Outbound Call Coordinators across the Arab world. If you speak great English, know how to hold a conversation, and want to earn in USD from your living room — keep reading.

What’s the Job About?

You’ll be making outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up follow-up meetings for senior advisors to close. Think of it as the first impression — your job is to warm people up, build enough trust for them to say yes to a meeting, and hand them off to the next step.

It’s not cold calling in the old-school, aggressive sense. It’s more about having real conversations and figuring out if the product is actually a fit for the person on the other end.

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Making outbound calls to qualify and move leads through the pipeline
  • Explaining the basics of the product clearly and confidently
  • Scheduling follow-up meetings for advisors
  • Building rapport and trust with clients from the very first call
  • Helping clients finalize purchases when the time is right

The Setup

Fully remote. Work from home. Hours are flexible as long as you’re available somewhere between 9AM and 5PM GMT-4 (which translates to early evening Egyptian time — not bad at all).

You’ll need a decent laptop, a stable internet connection, good headphones, and a quality microphone. If you’ve already been working remotely or doing any kind of online work, you probably have most of this covered.

Who Should Apply?

QCLIFE is specifically looking for candidates from Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, Syria, and other Arab countries — so the location piece is already figured out.

What they actually care about:

  • Strong English — this is non-negotiable. French speakers may also find openings on their French team.
  • Charisma and tonality — your voice is your tool. How you say things matters as much as what you say.
  • Sales or telemarketing experience — preferred but not required. They offer extra training for people who show the right attitude.
  • Results-driven mindset — the commission structure means the more you produce, the more you earn.

The Money

Base pay plus commission. The listing puts the range at $1,500–$2,000/month, but top performers earning above that is very much on the table. For a part-time remote role, that’s a strong number — especially when you factor in that you’re not commuting, not buying lunch out, and not sitting in traffic for two hours a day.

Is It Legit?

A Canadian company hiring across the Arab world for remote sales roles isn’t unusual — it’s actually a smart setup for them, and a genuine opportunity for candidates with strong English and communication skills. The 10 open positions and active hiring status suggest they’re scaling fast and need people now.
