Clinic Receptionist For Seha healthcare
Responsibilities
Supervising the reception service for patients and making sure that the best results are shown.
Ensure and confirm the speed and discipline of booking confirmation order.
Ensuring the speed and effectiveness of formally solving difficult customer problems.
Ensure the quality of customer service at all times.
Overseeing the patient’s stay record
Reviewing and approving the daily reports of occupancy rates – the condition of the rooms – setting the internal supervision and sending it to the director of the hotel and operation and the director of the hospital.
Determining needs of the department in terms of labor, tools, devices and uniforms for employees
Requirements
Bachelor degree
Excellent Communication skills
Very Good in ms office
Max age 30
