Job Description
HR Officer is company’s corner stone, responsible of company real assets (The Staff) from recruiting and all the way, responsibilities include:
- Administrate and /or perform recruitment processes.
- Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ records (التامينات الاجتماعية)
- Conduct orientations for new hires.
- Coordinate, manage and ensure that physical and remote daily operations are efficiently executed.
- Support company admin works that include, office supplies maintenance, meeting arrangements, travel arrangements, etc.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and all related engagement activities
- Conduct payroll and Other HR projects.
- Pleasant, cooperative and professional work environment.
