  • القدرة على بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء.
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل مع مهارات ممتازة في إدارة المشاريع.
  • دوافع ذاتية وتركيز على النتائج.

Position: Account Manager “Finishing & Decorations”

Job Type: Full Time

Office Location: 

Currently we’re located at El Sheikh Zayed, but we’ll be moving to New Cairo within 2 months.

Job Overview:

About Us: Show Plus is an International construction company specialized in Luxurious Commercial and Residential Fit-out construction including all interior finishing needs, furnishing and renovations.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic “Account Manager” to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing the entire sales cycle, from identifying and attracting new customers to overseeing the project’s finishing and decoration stages. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the finishing and decoration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition:

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Assess the needs and requirements of prospective clients to offer tailored solutions.

Sales Cycle Management:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring they meet both the client’s and company’s requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project feasibility and successful execution.

Project Oversight:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project’s life cycle.
  • Monitor the progress of finishing and decoration projects to ensure they meet the client’s expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Address any concerns, changes, or challenges that may arise during the project.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the finishing and decoration process.
  • Conduct periodic quality checks and inspections to guarantee client satisfaction.

Client Follow-Up:

  • Conduct regular follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Address any post-project concerns and facilitate any necessary support or maintenance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the finishing and decoration industry (preferred) or a related field such as Real Estate Broker or Developer.
  • Strong understanding of finishing and decoration products, techniques, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
