:Job Description
Manage all accounting transactions-
Prepare budget forecasts-
Publish financial statements in time-
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings-
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable-
Ensure timely bank payments-
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns-
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements-
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity-
Audit financial transactions and documents-
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary-
Comply with financial policies and regulations-
:Job Requirements
Work experience as an Accountant-
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)-
Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks-
Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables-
Experience with general ledger functions-
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills-
BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree-
Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus-
