Job Description

– Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.

– Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.

– Provide wide support to visitors.

– Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

– Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

– Respond departments inquiries according to policies and procedures.

– Assist in the admin department reporting system.

– Ensure that office policies and procedures are performed.

– Order admin department supplies and keep an inventory of stock.

– Ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (pens, forms, and brochures).

– Perform other receptionist duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying and faxing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • +3 years of experience.
  •  Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant/receptionist.
  •  Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
