Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the AUC Afretec network coordinator, including planning events and preparing reports
  • Handle the administrative load of the Afretec planned network activities at AUC, including the student activities and faculty training programs
  • Act as the point of contact for the Afretec network at AUC in communicating with the other member universities in the network (for planning joint activities and for reporting)
  • Maintain up to date records of the Afretec network activities at AUC
  • Assist the market analyst, Afretec with data collection and data analytics as needed
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirements:

● Bachelors degree in a relevant field

Experience:

● A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times
  • Advanced knowledge in the Microsoft Suite software and Banner
  • High ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines efficiently
