Job Description

  1. Prepare the HSEQ monthly report.
  2. Follow up the HSEQ training for our employees as per the training matrix.
  3. Request the Personal protect equipment on time.
  4. Control the PPE store (IN & OUT).
  5. Implement the division objectives and insure it followed by our teams in the locations.
  6. Use the SAP system to create the BRs & GRNs……etc.
  7. follow up the new division employees hiring, Outsourced employees.
  8. Prepare the MRP with HR.
  9. Prepare division monthly time sheets.
  10. Follow up client invoices and its collection with finance team.
  11. Prepare tenders.
  12. Monthly Updating of Employees Database.
  13. Medical Arrangements.
  14. Prepare (Lost time Sickness report) quarterly.
  15. Ensure that all PDFs uploaded on the system.
  16. Collect Daily vehicle check list and filter it in case of any comment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Very good English
  • Excellent Communications Skills
  • Excellent at MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative work.
  • Preferable male only as the job requires to work overtime and outdoors.
