Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Airline Ticketing Agent with substantial experience in B2B and wholesaler ticketing services.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately make reservations, issue tickets, and manage bookings for B2B agencies clients using Travelport GDS system, ensuring compliance with airline policies and procedures.
• Handle inquiries, refunds, re-issue, and other ticketing-related tasks promptly and accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, fare structures, and industry trends to offer the best travel options.
Requirements:
• experience +(3 years) as an Airline Ticketing Agent within B2B.
• Proficiency in using the Galileo and Amadeus GDS system (advanced level)
• Proficiency in using the low-cost airlines portal
• Strong understanding of airline ticketing procedures, fare rules, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in ticketing and documentation.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
