متطلبات الوظيفة:
- بكالوريوس في العلوم الصيدلية إلزامي، MBA ميزة إضافية
- خبرة مثبتة كمدير منطقة أو دور إداري مماثل في سلاسل الصيدليات.
- خبرة مثبتة في مجال إدارة التجزئة.
- مهارات التواصل والتواصل بين الأفراد والتنظيمية والقيادة الاستثنائية.
- مهارات حل المشاكل الممتازة.
- إقامة الإسكندرية إلزامي.
Job Description
● Formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success.
● Ensure companies’ standards and objectives are implemented in pharmacies.
● Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency & effectiveness through leading a team of pharmacies’ managers.
● Review workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met & Monitor business activities to ensure progress.
● Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines.
● Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
● Guide and motivate team members to enhance performance and the quality of work.
● Monitor industry best practices and provide insights.
● Report to senior executives on progress and issues.
● Assist top management in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
Job Requirements
● BSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences is a MUST, MBA is a PLUS
● Proven experience as area manager, or similar managerial role in pharmacy chains.
● Proven experience in Retail Management field.
● Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership abilities.
● Excellent problem-solving abilities.
● Alexandria Resident is a MUST.
