C-Level Office Manager at Ghabbour Auto

Job Responsibilities:

  • Following up on the actions taken through tracking and writing down the minutes of meeting and Coordinating any meetings with other departments.
  • Handle Calendar Management for the C-level including scheduling of appointments
  • Tracking the attendance of the training for the employees
  • Assisting budgeting for the Business Unit.
  • Monitoring the Business Unit monthly expenses & amending with finance
  • Creating a database for the Ethics complains.
  • Writing down the MOM and following up on the actions taken.
  • Schedule, prepare meeting/&events
  • Responsible for stationary, toners and cards PR.
  • PRs of all the C-levels and VIPs cars of all the company.
  • Supporting team in the car fleet ordering & Handling.
  • Scheduling the driver, the weekly & monthly
  • Assisting in any additional projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any other equivalent degree.
  • Excellent Command of Microsoft office suite.
  • Excellent Command of English
  • Sheikh Zayed or 6th of October residents are preferred
