Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email and online.
  • Providing support for customers to effectively resolve their queries.
  • Updating our systems with complete and accurate details regarding your customer interactions.

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in language (B2 ~ C1)
  • Flexibility with rotational shifts (Morning, Night, and Overnight)
  • Grad / Gap year / dropout (UG with no commitment)
  • 3 – 6 six months of relevant Customer Service experience (preferred)

Salary
  •  English CS/Tech from 7,000 up to 18,000 EGP Gross
  •  French CS  from 13,000 up to 16,000 EGP Gross
  • French Tech from 12,000  up to 20,000 EGP Gross
  • German CS   from 13,000 up to 20,000 EGP Gross
  • German Tech from 18,000  up to 25,000 EGP Gross
  • Italian from 13,000 up to 16,000 EGP Gross
  • Spanish from 13,000 up to 16,000 EGP Gross
Note:
       35% Cost of living allowance will be added to all salaries mentioned above
