تفاصيل الوظيفة:

مسؤول عن الرد على مكالمات العملاء، والاستماع إلى مخاوفهم، وحل المشاكل. مسؤول عن التعامل مع كل من المحادثات الهاتفية الواردة والصادرة مع العملاء للتأكد من حصول الجميع بسرعة على المساعدة التي يحتاجونها.

المهام الوظيفية

  • قم بإدارة المكالمات الواردة والصادرة في الوقت المناسب.
  • تسجيل طلبات العملاء على النظام، وتسجيل بيانات العملاء والتنسيق مع الاقسام الأخرى في هذا الصدد.
  • توفير خدمة عملاء هاتفية عالية الجودة وفعالة وغير قضائية للعملاء الداخليين والخارجيين.
  • تصعيد الشكاوى إلى الأطراف المعنية في مركز الاتصال أو أي قسم آخر ومتابعة الإجراءات المتخذة.
  • إجراء استطلاعات الرضا من خلال مكالمات العملاء.
  • قم بإعداد تقرير عن أنشطة مركز الاتصال.

المتطلبات:

  • 2-4 سنوات من الخبرة في خدمة العملاء.
  • مستخدم ممتاز لأنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء وExcel وMS Office.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض وحل المشكلات.
  • توجيه العملاء والقدرة على التكيف/الاستجابة لأنواع مختلفة من الشخصيات.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية جيدا.

Overview Of The Role

Responsible for answering customer calls, listening to their concerns, and solving problems. In charge of handling both inbound and outbound phone conversations with clients to make sure everyone quickly gets the help they need.

What You Will Do

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Register customer requests on the system, record customers’ data and coordinate with other divisions in that regard.
  • Provide quality, efficient, and non-judgmental telephone customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Escalates complaints to concerned parties in Contact Center or any other division and follows up on action taken.
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys through customer calls.
  • Prepare a report on call center activities.

The Call Center team is a group of highly motivated, collaborative, and fun, professionals across Egypt, looking for a member to add to the department.

What Equips You For The Role

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent user of CRM Systems, Excel, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Team player.
  • Males only.
