Job Description

We are looking to hire (Compensation & Benefits Specialist)

– Bachelors degree in any discipline preferred in business management.

– Solid work experience in salary structure design, job evaluation and grading structure design.

-Solid knowledge in benefits plans especially medical and life insurance

-2 to 4 years of experience in HR (2 years in the similar position).

– Excellent computer skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)

– Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.

Job Requirements

Responsible for Addition and deletion for the benefits participation.

Responsible to follow-up on new banks account.

Responsible to prepare salaries for subaccounts.

Participate in the salary Grading and annual increase.
