Customer support specialist – social media moderator

DEOC cosmetics is hiring Customer support specialist/social media moderator
Job Description
-Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
-Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
-Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
-Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
-Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
-Inform customers about new features and functionalities
-Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
-Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
-Assist in training junior Customer Support
-Performing administrative daily tasks assisting the VP Operations for e-commerce.
-Tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues (with our partner companies).
Maintaining company databases.
-Monitoring inventory and placing orders on our system.
-Packing daily supply of orders and tracking our weekly/monthly supplies on Partners websites (Noon, Amazon…etc)
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be a graduate
-minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
-Goal-oriented and customer oriented.
-Excellent communication and listening skills.
WORK CONDITIONS
-Saturday to Thursday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
-Days off: Friday
