E-commerce & social media moderator at Road9 Media

Road9 Group is looking for a new talented team member to moderate both social media & online shops of our managed brands.

• Working hours: Sunday to Thursday – 10 am to 6 pm
• Work location: 90 st.9 – Maadi – Road9 Space premises

Responsibilities:

1. Answering & handling all inquiries received on different social media platforms, either in comments, or messages & convert them into sales (sell products over messages)
2. Answering & handling all inquiries received on phone.
3. Apply the fulfilling process of all online orders received from social media or e-commerce websites, that includes but not limited to:
   1. Creation of shipment orders.
   2. Orders dispatching.
   3. Communicating with our shipping partners to make sure of shipments delivery.
   4. Find timely solutions in case of shipping delays.
4. Manage sales in Bazaars if needed.
5. Managing products inventory level & report on each inventory reordering point.
6. Scheduling & publishing created content on social media.
7. Publishing & updating products on e-commerce websites.
8. Be responsible for packaging products with following a specific packaging technique for each product type.
