Job Description:

-Answering Customer Calls
-Handling Customers issues with efficiency and Proper way
-Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information
-Following up complicated customer calls when required
-Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM

-For Males and females
-Graduates Only Can Apply
-Good Command of English level
-Completed or Exempted from the military Service
-Cairo Residents Only
-Good command of reading numbers
-Good handling skills and communication skills
-Ability to work in rotational shifts
-Maximum age is 28
