Job Description

  • Interact with UAE customers to provide information in response to inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer’s potential problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Update client’s account data on the company website to follow up payment status, review contracted unit updates.

Job Requirements

  • Graduates only.
  • Fluency in English is a MUST
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different situations.
  • Males & Females.
  • Max Age 32
