Salary: Php 40,000 + Php 5,000 Allowance + Complete benefits

Set up: Hybrid (3x Onsite, 2 days WDH)

Schedule: Night Shift
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelor’s degree in psych or human resources or related field + 5 years of experience
-
Should have experience with BPO like call center.

HR related certifications provide an edge but are not required.

Has a great understanding of HR principles and disciplines, which includes Talent Management, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, DEIB
-
Understands HR Metrics
-
Manifests business acumen
-
Proficient or with significant experience in using HRIS, MS Office, or Google Suite

Working knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and Government Benefits
