Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Onboard new employees and provide them with the resources they need to be successful.
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees.
- Manage performance reviews and compensation and benefits programs.
- Resolve employee relations issues.
Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant field.
- 5 – 10 years’ experience.
- A confident leader with experience in leading a team.
- HR Diploma from reputable university
- MBA holder is preferred
- Previous working experience in HR fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with superb management skills.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation, recruitment, and payroll process.
