Job Description

HR Officer is company’s corner stone, responsible of company real assets (The Staff) from recruiting and all the way, responsibilities include:

  • Administrate and /or perform recruitment processes.
  • Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ records (التامينات الاجتماعية)
  • Conduct orientations for new hires.
  • Coordinate, manage and ensure that physical and remote daily operations are efficiently executed.
  • Support company admin works that include, office supplies maintenance, meeting arrangements, travel arrangements, etc.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and all related engagement activities
  • Conduct payroll and Other HR projects.
  • Pleasant, cooperative and professional work environment.
