:Responsibilities
– Responsible for recruiting ” blue collar –
– interviewing and placing candidates-
– Posting job ads and organizing job applications-
– Scheduling interviews and assisting in interview process-
– Maintaining current HR files and databases-
– Inform applicants about job details such as job – descriptions, benefits and conditions-
:Requirements
-Experience 3-7 Years as HR Recruiter-
– Real Estate Experience is preferable-
-Good English Language-
-Attention to details, prioritization skill and time management-
-Excellent communication and organization skills-
-Self-motivated and strong analytical skills-
-Excellent software skills-
