Responsibilities
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer and onboarding
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and profiles
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
• Stay up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment
• Develop and implement employer brand strategies and initiatives
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Job Requirements
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
• Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Team management skills
• BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
