Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Obour for a HelpDesk Specialist. The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and help desk support, troubleshooting issues faced by end-users with desktop computers, and providing exceptional customer support to users in a professional and friendly manner.
Qualifications
  • Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Desktop Computers
  • Excellent Customer Support skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Operating Systems, and Networking concepts
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferer
