IT Planning & Support Senior Specialist/Capacity Planning

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو علوم الكمبيوتر .
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التخطيط أو مهندس الأنظمة العملي أو محلل الأداء أو مصمم نماذج أنظمة المعلومات.

التفكير المنطقي، والقدرة على حل المشكلات منطقياً، والقدرة على الاستباق في حل المشكلات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
مهارات تحليلية ممتازة، ومهارات إدارة المشاريع والوقت، مع القدرة على العمل على مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for capacity planning and for development of the IT services in the organization
Respond to capacity planning requests for the following hardware/software platforms:
Unix, Linux and Windows
SAN Storage, Servers, Databases, Application Servers, Network
Developing and maintaining Capacity planning dashboards
Assess existing capacity and develop operational plans and forecasts based on future plans for demand
Frequent review and remediation of key data points supporting forecast and reporting processes
Manage deviations from the plan that have financial impact
Monitor key manufacturing processes for capacity and demand, identify capacity constraints and provide analysis
Ensure that the right tools and processes are in place to deliver effective capacity planning and performance monitoring across the organization
Review data and trends and diagnose problems and concerns
Develop models and plans for consolidating and virtualizing infrastructure
Input and hold responsibility for Capacity Planning budgets

Essential requirements:

B.S. degree in Engineering, computer science and mathematics. (required)
At least Two years of experience as a capacity planner, hands-on system engineer, performance analyst and/or information system modeler
