– Job Title: Low Current Support Engineer
– Job Location: City Club – (Cairo-Banha-Tanta)
*Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and provide oversight of the Operators who staff the Monitoring room in branches.
2. Ensure the Monitoring room Operators are fully trained, skilled, and proficient in all technologies required to execute their role.
3. Learn and manage the access control system, alarm monitoring, IP Surveillance system, and video recording systems.
4. Installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing security cameras, computer networks, and other equipment used in video surveillance systems.
5. Monitor, operate, and communicate using all forms of equipment.
6. Making note of any unusual occurrences and interacting with the security department.
7. Operating computer systems that monitor surveillance camera feeds for activity.
8. Installing and maintaining security equipment such as alarms or access control systems to ensure the efficient working of the monitoring room.
9. Conduct regular system inspections, tests, and preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety regulations.
10. Keep the management information system up to date and produce monthly/quarterly performance reports, as required.
11. Study the layout of club branches.
12. Ensuring that the control room and all equipment are always maintained satisfactorily by manufacturing documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference.
13. Ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance with the operating procedures and the codes of practice.
*Job Requirements:
1. B.Sc. in information technology, computer science, or information engineering or any
equivalent B.Sc.
2. Must have a certificate in CCNA switching and routing.
3. 2-3 years of experience in the related field- including local and wide area network management.
4. Having a car is a plus.
5. Must be a resident of the assigned city.
