Job Description
- Providing superior quality of customer service and support to our pharmaceutical clients with the help of various communication tools
- Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date.
- Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues and outcomes.
- Professionally respond to fans medical inquiries regarding products or services
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Work Conditions:.
- Working Hours: 12 Working Hours ( 9 AM – 9 PM)
- Work from Home
- Morning or evening shift
