UPEDIA E-Learning Providers is now hiring (Online English instructors) full time and part time.
Responsibilities:
· Plan and deliver high-quality English language lessons, incorporating interactive and engaging teaching methodologies.
· Adapt teaching strategies based on the diverse learning needs and levels of proficiency of the students.
· Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and student engagement.
· Develop and implement creative lesson plans, activities, and materials to enhance language acquisition and fluency.
· Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students, assisting them in their language development journey.
· Collaborate with fellow instructors and participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance teaching skills.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience for teaching adults .
· TEFL /TESOL/CELTA certification is a must.
· Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students of various age groups.
· Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
· Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the students and the program.
· Part Time and Full Time.
