:Job Qualifications

· Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms*

· Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them*

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule*

· Continuously improve through feedback*

· Keeping up to date information about the trends in the local residential property market*

:Job Requirements

Experience Needed: (1 year at least as real estate agent)*

Presentable, confident, flexible, and a good team player*
