We are hiring a Quality Check to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Qualifying leads based on campaign’s criteria
Listening to 5 not interested calls above 1 min for each agent
Listening to 10 calls less than 1 min
Listening to random 10 calls to ensure using rebuttals on all calls
Documenting the above by filling a google form for each call or a sheet would be easier
Handling 2 QC sessions per day so that each agent can get 2 15 minutes sessions per week.
