Job Description

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences.

• Develop recruitment plans based on staffing needs and select most appropriate recruitment methods to source candidates

• Creating engaging adverts, Screening, shortlisting & interviewing candidates

• Selecting applicants who meet the specified criteria for the position as per the set company policy.

• Suggest improvements to the recruitment lifecycle in order to ensure efficiency in sourcing candidates

• Build effective working relationships with placement agencies, colleges and universities for recruitment purposes

• Identify opportunities for recruitment campaigns; plan, communicate and drive them upon approval

• Create, implement and oversee a set of operational metrics measuring the effectiveness of the department across all functions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field

• 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment

• HR diploma or certificate is a plus.

• Advanced Knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable candidates

• Excellent written & spoken English

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office
