Secretary and Sales Coordinator

Job Description:
• Responsible for Inbound and Outbound calls:
1- Inbound Calls: you will be responsible for answering the phone and reporting it to the relevant department and Your Manager
2- Outbound Calls: Follow Up with the client and report the feedback and make surveys.
• Responsible for entering all customers data by SC, Updating Customer Info on the system.
• Responsible for writing business letters.
• Responsible for conducting scanning for all the documents as follows (Softex Documents – Employees papers- Any other Required Documents).
• Scheduling Interviews for the Candidates.
• Scheduling Meetings For the clients, Serves Clients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifying company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Responsible for assisting your Manager in running, maintaining and troubleshooting overall business performance.
• Follow up with all dept. stationary needs.
• Handling the office boys (Attendance, Leaves, etc…)
• Supervise the technicians for maintenance of anything inside Softex.
• Coordinate Sales team activities
• Follow our social media accounts to record new data and leads
• Engage with the clients in different sales stages to identify requirements.
• Update regularly customers databases.
• Providing daily, weekly & monthly-required reports.
• Helping in opening new accounts/selling channels

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree
• Not less than 1 year of experience in Administration
• Females Only
• Live nearby Nasr City

Salary: 4000-4500 EGP
