Senior HR Generalist
A consultancy company
Location: Alexandria

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Update and maintain organization structure, job descriptions, and manpower plan & headcount sheets for any project.
-Manage the recruitment process and perform interviews for any project.
-Assist in the development & implementation of the Recruitment Strategy
-Perform screening of CVs and shortlisting of candidates
Requirements:
-3-5 years of experience in different HR functions( working as a consultant is pulse)
– Solid knowledge of the OD function
– Solid experience in Manpower planning, cost optimization, and Talent Acquisition
-Thorough Understanding of Egyptian Labour Law and regulations
-highly communications skills
– Can work independently
