Senior HR Generalist
UAE company for perfumes is hiring
for its branch in Egypt
Location: Maadi, Ring Road.
:Job Responsibilities
•Proven experience is a Must in ( KPI) HR practices and objectives, goal attainment, and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
• Develops an HR strategy and monitoring of the strategic plan in line
with the business plans
• Leads compliance related to the HR department with all existing
governmental and labor regulations including any related to the #UAE Labour Law & Egypt labor law.
• Establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale
and motivation.
• Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures.
• Identify training needs with an annual training needs analysis.
• Establishes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems.
• Organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce
development, key employee retention, and organization design.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree & Human Resources diploma –
4-6 Years of experience in human resources.
Strong understanding of different labor laws.
Experience in handling people of different cultures.
Fluently in the English language
Must : Male
Working hours: ( 9:00 AM: 5:00 PM)
