Main Job Duties:

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.
  • Responsible for planning, composing and managing day-to-day social media communications, including advertisements.
  • Use social media analytics to track engagement and identify emerging industry trends to develop SYE’s overall social media presence
  • Edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
  • Collaborates with other departments within SYE to leverage and monitor compelling social media content.

Job Requirements

  • BS in communications, marketing, business, new media, or public relations
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist for +4 years
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail, and  customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Excellent English in writing and reading
  • Previous experience in using all social media platforms is a must
  • Social media geek, follow-up all the up-to-date trends
