Job Description

Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing the company social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linked-In. Responsibilities include:

  • Schedule and publish posts on social media platforms
  • Post in both Arabic and English following the company standard guidelines
  • Respond effectively to customers inquiries
  • Create and import leads to CRM
  • Respond to general inquiries received on company standard phone line
  • Communicate effectively with Team Members
  • Developing a full understanding of the real estate marketplace, and mortgage process
