Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing our social media strategies. Will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, monitoring performance, and driving brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.


1) Content Creation and Scheduling:

  • Develop and curate high-quality, visually appealing content for social media platforms.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and engagement.

2) Community Management:

  • Monitor and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Foster positive interactions and build relationships with followers.

3) Social Media Strategy:

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to meet marketing objectives.
  • tay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to optimize social media efforts.

4) Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the performance of campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

5) Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create compelling content.

6) Paid Advertising:

  • Assist in managing and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure effective use of advertising resources.

7) Social Listening:

  • Stay attuned to online conversations and trends related to the industry and brand.
  • Leverage social listening tools to gain insights and identify opportunities.

Competencies Required for This Role

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
  • Note: As you develop in your role, these competencies are continually built upon and adjusted as needed.
